Secure shopping with Paypal


If the PayPal / Credit Card payment option is selected at checkout then First Class Vitamins sends the information on the checkout page through to PayPal and it’s there that you enter your payment details. We do not have access to your PayPal or payment information. Whether you are paying from a PayPal account or by credit or debit card, you only enter your payment details on PayPal’s site. All credit card and other sensitive financial data is kept and processed on paypal.com through an SSL (secure https) connection. This provides you our customer with the highest level of security.

No PayPal account ? No problem! You don’t need a PayPal account to pay by credit or debit card using Paypal. Just select the Paypal option on the checkout page, click “Purchase” then when redirected to PayPal click on “Don’t have a Paypal account?” and follow the prompts to pay using your credit or debit card.

Bank Deposit

You can also choose to pay by Bank Direct Deposit for your purchases. Just select “Bank Deposit” under the Select a Payment Gateway option on the checkout page. After clicking “Purchase” we will provide you with payment instructions. Please include your name or order number as the Reference when sending your payment.

Credit and Debit Cards

To pay by credit or debit card select the Paypal option on the checkout page. After clicking on ‘Purchase’ just follow the prompts on the Paypal site to pay by credit card. You do not need a Paypal account to pay by credit card using Paypal (see ‘Secure shopping with Paypal’ above).

For your security you only enter your payment details on PayPal’s site. We do not have access to your PayPal or credit card information. All credit card and other sensitive financial data is kept and processed on paypal.com through an SSL (secure https) connection.

Shipping


We offer $10 flat rate shipping within Australia. Most USANA products will be sent via Star-Track couriers with parcel tracking. Delivery typically takes 1-3 days for most destinations except for WA and NT which can be 1-5 days. Please note that this is just a guide, once your parcel is with the courier we have no control over its delivery.

If you’re having the order delivered to your place of work then please include the business/company/shop name in the shipping address as this greatly assists the courier.

Parcel tracking is available by visiting the Star-Track website at http://sttrackandtrace.startrack.com.au and entering your parcels tracking number (which we email to you) in the “Search Reference” box and clicking on “Search”. Please note that Start-Track reuse their shipping numbers. Sometimes their website will initially show the details from the previous parcel shipped under the number but that gets updated once your parcel is scanned at the depot.

Standard Delivery
• Star-Track delivers the freight
• The driver obtains a signature and name from the receiver at the consigned address
• If there is no receiver available at the time of delivery, an Attempted Delivery Advice (ADA) card is left at the receiver address and the consignment is taken to the local post office for the majority of domestic addresses, or a Star-Track depot in some regional area locations
• The receiver can use the card left to track the consignment via Star-Track Track and Trace at http://sttrackandtrace.startrack.com.au/
• The receiver can also use the card to identify which post office the freight is available at.

PO Box delivery
• Star-Track delivers the freight
• The driver obtains a signature and name from the post master at the respective PO Box location
• The post master makes the freight available at the respective PO Box.

Whilst most parcels are dispatched with Star-Track couriers some will go by Australia Post. Typically that’s by Express Post with tracking so will reach you in the same time frames as the courier.

International Orders


We can take international orders but not from the First Class Vitamins Australia website itself as our product range and pricing are USANA Australia specific.

New Zealand visitors can go to our USANA NZ online store at http://firstclassvitamins.co.nz for product information or purchases.

Canadian visitors can go to our USANA Canada online store at http://firstclassvitamins.ca for product information or purchases.

To enroll as a USANA Preferred customer or Associate visit our international site detailed below.

International customers should go to our international USANA website. There you can click on the “Enroll Online” button, select your country then ‘Preferred Customer’ and complete the enrollment form. You will then have access to your local product range and local pricing.
