USANA Australia

All products on the First Class Vitamins website have been made out of stock and our product shopping cart has been relocated to our new home at ‘FCV at USANA Australia’.

USANA have improved their USANA Australia ‘Preferred Customer’ customer loyalty program to the point where we are now happy to recommend and use that program for our customers purchases.

We are therefore no longer selling USANA products from the First Class Vitamins website and encourage you to become a USANA Preferred Customer and shop at USANA.

You can now buy your USANA products directly from USANA Australia through our USANA hosted website ‘FCV at USANA Australia’.

For shoppers outside Australia you can also go to our new site. The first step in the customer sign-up process lets you select your country. This ensures you see the correct product range and pricing relevant to you.

Why have we made this change?

Basically it comes down to the improved enrolment process and better pricing for our customers. We used to be able to match Preferred Customer pricing from this website but that is no longer the case. You can now pay the same pricing as we do by shopping as a Preferred Customer at USANA.

The Enrolment Process.

This has been greatly streamlined and organised into a more logical flow.

At https://fcv.usana.com/ click on the “Become a PC to Save up to 20%” button.

Set your Account type (Preferred Customer), language and country.

Add your products to the shopping cart.

Enter your account info (name, address, contact details etc).

When it’s displayed, make a note of your new USANA ID (you will need it to login to your account for future purchases).

Checkout.

From then on you’ll make your purchases by logging on to your Preferred Customer account at USANA.

You can login to your account via the Login link at https://fcv.usana.com/.

Better Pricing.

Preferred Customer pricing provides a discount of up to 10% below retail.

You will automatically see Preferred Customer pricing when you login to your account.

Auto-Order pricing provides an additional 10% discount on eligible products – so up to 20% below retail in combined discounts.

Any Auto-Order discount is applied to the order at checkout, you will not see it reflected on individual product prices.

This is exactly the same pricing structure that applies to ourselves as USANA business owners.

Once you’ve setup a Preferred Customer account you never have to shop around for the best price – it’s available to you through your account.

Additional Information.

Setting a Product Quantity.

One noticeable difference when using the USANA shopping website is how to set your product Quantity.

Clicking Add to Cart adds the product to the shopping cart with a Quantity of 1. There are two ways to set or change a Quantity.

(1) Hovering over the product image will show a magnifier glass and clicking on that opens a pop-up where you can set a quantity.

(2) Clicking on the cart icon in the top right of the shopping pages will open a pop-up where you can adjust the Quantity or remove a product that has been added to the cart.

What is an Auto-Order?

An Auto-Order is a no-contract on-going automatic order, where products you select are automatically billed and shipped to you. USANA reward Preferred Customers who have an Auto-Order.

During the Preferred Customer enrolment you’ll be asked if you wish to optionally create an Auto-Order. If you’ve been buying USANA products regularly this is worth considering.

On set up the Auto-Order defaults to a four week billing and shipping cycle but can be changed (in most USANA markets) to an eight week cycle if you prefer that.

An Auto-Order is highly flexible, you can change it as often and whenever you like. You can even have an alternating Auto-Order, get products A,B,C this month, then products A,D the next month and then it repeats itself. You can also suspend (for example if your going away) or stop entirely an Auto-Order by contacting USANA.
